stylish stay near haymarket
the staff was really good. i was given a thorough tour of the newly renovated facilities. the take-away breakfast in a paper bag outside my door was a great service and good value. i found the staff to be friendly, engaging, and professional.

The location offered easy access to various attractions and transport. it was literally two minutes to all the transport links. tram access was especially convenient. I really loved it. the area has some nice restaurants.

the hotel staff was notably friendly and helpful. they really knew what they were talking about when it came to recommendations. the lounge areas and bar were relaxing. i felt really taken care of .

the rooms and lounge areas were gorgeous. the hotel rooms were spotlessly clean. the bed was comfortable. the design throughout the hotel was lovely, and there was tea provided in the room which i appreciated

breakfast choices delicious porridge friendly staff cold room loud music christmas period
i really enjoyed the breakfast choices. the porridge i eat was so delicious. the room i stayed in had a clean feeling and a tidy presentation. the staff behaved in a friendly and helpful manner. i would go back to this place again i think.
the room i had felt a little cold. i was gived a heater to fix this issue. loud music i heard kept me awake at night. i thinks this music happened because it was near christmas.

missing soundproofing uncleaned bathroom
the location was acceptable for transport to the airport.
the rooms have no soundproofing at all, so music and conversations from outside carried straight in. the bathroom had not been properly cleaned on arrival and there was hair left in the shower. there was a lack of basic amenities like toothbrushes and face cloths.
